We only collect sales tax in the state of Nebraska. No sales tax for you unless you live in Nebraska. This is subject to change at anytime. 

It is important for all Everlasting Mobility customer's to inspect the shipping crate and all products for any shipping damage PRIOR to accepting and signing Truck Driver's delivery slip. Once the customer accepts our products and signs the Truck Driver's shipment acceptance form, we are removed from any and all claims regarding shipping damage. It is really imperative that you check everything prior to shipment acceptance. ONCE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS AND SIGNS TRUCK DRIVERS DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE NOTICE< WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRODUCT SHIPPING DAMAGE. Signing the acceptance notice acknowledges that product is in good working condition. 

IF you do receive it damaged, you MUST provide it to use in writing within 24 hours. You must take pictures of the box and product and send it to support@everlastingmobility.com. Please inspect the box and all items inside the box at the time of delivery. If you notice any damages, make a note on the slip that it was received damaged. Take pictures of everything and email us so we can file a claim on your behalf if it is within 24 hours of delivery.

Absolutely. Not only are we an authorized dealer, we work with the leading brands in the industry.

Shipping takes anywhere from 3-7 business days depending on your location. We process orders and ship them out within 1-2 business days. 

We can ship to all states except Hawaii and Alaska. We do no ship to Canada. 

We will always offer FREE standard shipping. There may be extra fees for Inside Delivery and White Glove delivery depending on the product. 

Standard shipping is when your products are shipping and left on your driveway. You are responsible for bring the items in and may need help as products can be heavy. 

Inside delivery helps with bringing the item to ground-level entrance near your home. They will not bring your items in but will make it easier to for you to bring them in. 

With White Glove delivery, your items will be brought into your home and assembled for you. White glove delivery requires an extra 7-10 business days to schedule a time for an expert to deliver and assemble your products for you.
