We currently do not accept medicaid or insurance.

Financing with Everlasting Mobility is made easy. We offer financing through SHOP. Simply add your favorite items to your cart and choose SHOP Pay as your payment method. You'll then be asked to sign up with SHOP.

We currently only collect sales tax in the state of Wisconsin. This is subject to change at anytime. 

It is important for all Everlasting Mobility customers to inspect the shipping crate and all products for any shipping damage PRIOR to accepting and signing Truck Driver's delivery slip.

Once you, the customer, accept delivery of your products by signing the Truck Driver's shipment acceptance form, your are waiving your ability to claim damages later.

Signing the acceptance notice acknowledges that product is in good working condition.

Please inspect the box and all items inside the box at the time of delivery. If you notice any damages, make a note on the slip that it was received damaged. Take pictures of everything and email us so we can file a claim on your behalf. This must be done within 24 hours of delivery. 

If your products do arrive damaged, please reach out to us in writing within 24 hours. Please take as many pictures of the box and product as possible and send it to info@everlastingmobility.com.

Absolutely yes! Not only are we an authorized dealer, we work with the leading brands in the industry.

Shipping takes anywhere from 3-7 business days depending on your location. We process orders and ship them out within 1-2 business days.

COVID has delayed shipments nationwide in every industry and while we're doing everything we can to ship out products as fast as possible, some shipments are taking 5-10 business days to ship.

If your order does not ship out in this time frame, please reach out to us via email info@everlastingmobility.com or via phone 1-800-498-2560 so we can keep you updated on your order.

We can ship to all states except Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to Canada. 

We will always offer FREE standard shipping. There may be extra fees for Inside Delivery and White Glove delivery depending on the product. 

Standard shipping is when your products are shipping and left on your driveway. You are responsible for bring the items in and may need help as products can be heavy. 

Inside delivery helps with bringing the item to ground-level entrance near your home. They will not bring your items in but will make it easier to for you to bring them in. 

With White Glove delivery, your items will be brought into your home and assembled for you. White glove delivery requires an extra 7-10 business days to schedule a time for an expert to deliver and assemble your products for you.
