The ComfyGO X-7 is built to last thanks to a 3-year frame and motor warranty and a 1-year warranty on the battery and other components. The limited warranty excludes non-durable parts, those that are prone to regular wear and tear and require replacement from time to time (such as rubber materials, accessories, wheels or brakes, and plastic parts), and labor or device failure caused by owner misuse or carelessness. All warranty claims require the serial number and evidence of purchase. The customer is responsible for giving the company the full serial number, model number, purchasing channel, and order number. The company reserves the right to send the customer a free repair part for products still covered by warranty.
